The ST007AP gluten analyzer is used in grain processing and measurement departments to determine the gluten content, gluten index, and gluten water holding capacity in flour and wheat flour. It consists of three parts: gluten washing machine, index analyzer (centrifuge), and dryer. The technical indicators shall comply with the national standards GB/T14608-93 "Determination of Gluten in Wheat Flour" and SB/T10248-95 "Determination of Wet Gluten Quality in Wheat Flour - Gluten Index Method".

The key switch of this instrument adopts a thin film soft key switch, which has a long service life. However, other units adopt the ship type design, and this switch is used too many times, which makes it easy for the buttons to malfunction and needs to be replaced.

The time setting can be arbitrarily set within the scope specified by national standards.

The electrical control part of the instrument is set on the side to effectively prevent some liquid from flowing into the circuit board and corroding it.
